1. Rebirth


Rebirth is what it says.

A new place for players of any kind to hang out and have fun, without having to worry about rushing towards max lvl.

Our focus in AION will primarily be PvP. Our goal is to start a Semi-casual Legion, where players can have fun and hang out we do set standard for our members but not in that way that players with a normal life can´t keep up. While our primary focus is PvP we will also explore the PvE content that AION has to offer.

Most of our players are GTM+1

2. Legion Rules


§1 Play requirements.

We do not have mandatory requirements on how many hours of play you need to put in a week. As a Legion we recognize life happens and we will not penalize our members for that. Rebirth tries to keep an accurate roster so if players "ranked member" or above who do not login for 7 days or more are required to post on the AFK forums and let us know. Members, who do not post in the AFK forums and are gone for more than 7 days, should expect to be removed from the Legion. As the purpose of our trial period is to get to know the new applicants, Trial who have not logged into the game for 7 or more days will be removed from the Legion, unless they have spoken with a Council member or Officer beforehand.

Ventrilo is Rebirths primary communication tool used to coordinate all of our PvP battles and PvE Raids.
Members are required to use ventrilo for group quests,
raiding and/or group PvP All members of rebirth that want to participate are required to use ventrilo,
you don't have to talk but you need to be able to listen,

All members of the legion have to use our forum. If a player has been away to long a warning will be given. It´s necessary to keep up to date on our raids, PvP, PvE events.

§2 Help your legion.

Always put your legion first, we do not require members to donate all of their Kinah (gold), crafting materials or time to the Legion. But members are expected to help out where they can, whether it's helping players in PvP, completing a quest or occasionally gathering something that is needed for the Legion.

§3 Hacking & Exploits/Bots.

The use of known exploits and/or Hacks is a violation of Rebirth Charter. This also include use of AFK Macro´s or similar.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our members and our abilities as a Legion and the use of Exploits and/or Hacks will only under mind everything we have worked so hard for. If you are uncertain something is an exploit, discuss it with a Council Member.

§4 Looting.

Need Before Greed! Only roll if you can use the item, always help out fellow members.

§5 Attitude.

Members of Rebirth are expected to treat each other with respect,
we recognize you might not like every member on a personal level,
but the expectation is that we will treat each other with respect.
We all have different views of the game and how to play our classes and as we all pay our own money to play this game we are entitled to play our toons as we like.
The Leadership of the Legion will not tolerate flagrant disrespect of members of this legion and those issues will be dealt with swiftly.

Failure to comply with the Rebirth´s Member Standards may result in actions up to and including removal from Rebirth.


3. Legion Ranks & Promotions


Trials:

Trials is new or unknown by many in the Council, perhaps not very active for us to decide where they belong.

Promotion Requirements to Member Rank: During the trial period,
these players are expected to be active in the forums,
ventrilo and in Legion chat. These activities provide an opportunity for the members of Rebirth to get to know them.
Trials will be reviewed after 14 days in the Council to determine if they are accepted as full members of Rebirth.
At this point the trial will be promoted to member, removed from the legion or have his/her trial period extended.
If the trial period is extended the player will be told of the reasons why.

Member:

Member is a solid player in our Legion, who is active in the forums, Ventrilo,
Legion chat and participates in legional activities.

Promotion Requirements to Soldier Rank: Sustained activity within the legion,
active on Forums, Ventrilo, Legion chat. Player must have been in for a minimum of 30 days to be promoted to Soldier.

Soldier:

Soldier is where most in our legion will be ranked unless they decide to take on specific jobs or show certain skills or leadership abilities.
These players are proven in battle and follow directions well.

Promotion Requirements to Veteran Rank: highly active in the legion, active on the Forums, Ventrilo, Legion chat. Often participates in PvP Groups and PvE parties.

Veteran:

Veteran is where higher ranked members of our legion will be if they are active in game and in vent and have been with us a long time.
Requires a level of maturity in vent and in game and dedication to the Legion.

Forum Moderator:

Forum Moderator is the forum ghosts. They have proven the abilities to keep forum active,
they are helpful to other Members and are mature in vent and in game. They show dedication to the Legion,

Promotion Requirements to Forum Moderator Rank: highly active in the Legion,
active on the Forums, Ventrilo, Legion chat, demonstrate maturity

Class Officer:

A Class Officer has shown not only excellent knowledge of their class,
but have specifically shown skills in teaching others about the abilities of their class.
They are helpful to other Members and are mature on vent and in-game.
They show dedication to the Legion, have strong PvP calling skills, strong battlefield awareness and are a motivating, positive force within the Legion.

Promotion Requirements to Class Officer Rank: highly active in the Legion, active on the Forums, Ventrilo, legion chat.
Often organizes PvP and PvE Groups. Proficient at Calling targets in PvP, utilizes successful strategies for ORvR and Scenario’s. Ability to organize large groups.

Officer:

Officers assist the Leader with the management of the legion.
Officers demonstrate maturity, helpfulness, and dedication to the Legion.
Officers are talented in leading entire Raids in PvE and/or PvP.

They are motivational and skilled at putting together groups to achieve Legion objectives.
They are skilled at arranging class balance in parties and have proven abilities in leading the team to achieve objectives.

Promotion Requirements to Officer Rank: highly active in the Legion, active on the Forums, Ventrilo, Legion chat.
Takes leadership role within the Legion, willing to help members. Dedicated to the success of Rebirth in every way

Council Member:

The Council is made up of Members who are trusted advisers to the Leader and assist him in making decisions related to the entire Rebirth legion


4. New Member Guidelines


New member to Rebirth will be placed as a Trial member for 14 days. This trial period allows for us to get to know the applicants
as well as provide an opportunity for the applicant to experience Rebirth and see if it is what he/she is looking for in an Aion Legion.
New applicants are expected to be active in the forums, legion chat and on Ventrilo so that we can get to know them before we make a decision on their acceptance as a full member of the Legion.
After the completion of the trial period the Council will vote on the Trial member's status and one of three things will happen:

1. The Trial Member will be promoted to full Member status.

2. The trial period will be extended (reasons why this occurred will be provided to the Trial Member).

3. The Trial Member will be removed from the Legion.


5. Dismissal from the Legion


Members dismissed from the Rebirth for a violation of this charter may make an appeal to the Council to be reinstated.
The member may make this appeal request by sending a PM through the forums to any members of the Council or directly to Bedja.
The appeal should include them member’s reasons for the violation, any corrective actions the member plans on taking to ensure that another violation doesn’t occur in the future,
as well as any other information the member thinks would assist the council in making their decision.


6. Age Restriction


The Legion only seeks members of the age of 18+. This is primary due to the sometimes mature content and language that's being used on forums/vent.

If you happen to be redirected to our legion by any current legion members please add them as you sponser but remember to have their consent for doing so.
